Pension Plan

HRL offers a traditional pension plan for all employees based on salary and years of service. Pension benefits vest after five years.

Holidays

Employees receive an average of twelve paid holidays per year. Traditionally, we observe a year end holiday shutdown between Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Paid Time Off

HRL offers employees a flexible paid time off bank. Employees receive 5 days upon hire and accrue 10 additional days in the first year, 15 days per year after one year of service, 20 days per year after five years of service and 25 days per year after twenty years of service.
