Retirement Savings Plan (401k Plan)
Employees are eligible to join our 401k Plan on their first day of service. You may contribute up to 20% of pay with

Pension Plan
HRL offers a traditional pension plan for all employees based on salary and years of service. Pension benefits vest after
five years.
Holidays
Employees receive an average of twelve paid holidays per year. Traditionally, we observe a year end holiday shutdown
between Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Paid Time Off
HRL offers employees a flexible paid time off bank. Employees receive
5 days upon hire and accrue 10 additional days
in the first year, 15 days per year after one
year of service, 20 days per year after five
years of service and 25 days per year after twenty
years of service.
Business Travel Accident Insurance
HRL provides Business Travel Accident insurance coverage for emplyees when they are required to travel on the Company's
behalf.
